Religious Practice:
All of them believed in Gods and Goddesses.
Sometimes Inca sacrifice Human and Aztecs always sacrifice Human.
Maya didn't sacrifice but Aztecs and Incas did. Maya believed of three levels HEAVEN, Earth, and underworld, others didn't.

Political Structure:
Aztecs and Mayas have City-States. Families ruled them (or part of them.)
Inca people's jobs were to work for government and for Aztecs and Mayas not.

1. All 3 groups have religious beliefs. they all beleive in Gods and Goddesses. The water God(or rain God) And the sun God. The Aztecs and the Mayas belived in human sacrafise, while the Incas sacrafised animals instead. All 3 had a ruler, 1 had a "speaker". They all had different types of buildings too.

One of the similarities between the Aztecs, Mayas, and Incas is that they all worshipped many gods. For example they all worship the sun and nature. On the other hand, there were differences and their religious structure. The Aztecs fed their gods with human blood, the Mayas believed in the after life, and the Incas believed that their ruler was a direct descendant of god.

One of the similarities in the political structure of Aztecs, Mayas, and Incas was that they were all controlled by one important person. The Aztecs were ruled by the Speaker, the Mayas were ruled by a noble family, and the Incas were ruled by the emperor. However, there are some differences between the Aztecs, Incas, and Mayas. For the Aztecs the laws were very tough, for example thieves were put to death. The Mayas had a group of elders to help rule. The Incas put relatives into important positions of power.

The Aztecs, Mayas, and Incas in religion are similar because they all worship the Gods. But there are still other things because Mayas didn't do everything the same to the Incas or Aztecs. Mayas believed in the Underworld, Masks, Mirrors, Priests and the Afterlife but the Incas didn't. The Incas believed in Afterlife, Dreams, Omen, Signs, Ancestor Worship, Mummies, Huacas and Festivals. The Aztecs just believed in gods and Human Sacrifice.

Now let's move on to the political leaders. Aztecs, Mayas and Incas all have different leaders. Lets start with the Aztecs, their leader was the speaker, the leader. He was carried when he went outside and the floor was swept where he walked, the last speaker was Montezuma the 2nd. The Mayas are different, they let one noble family rule a city state. When the family leader dies his roll is always past on to the son. The noble family is originated by the Hero Twins, the noble family was believed to be descended from the Hero Twins. Now finally the Incas, the Incas leader was the all-powerful Sapa. He decided the laws and no decision could be made without passing him.

A religious similarity that the three groups have in common is they believe in the Gods. A difference between these three groups is the Incas sacrifice animals and if important they will sacrifice humans, the Mayas don't sacrifice anything and the Aztecs sacrifice humans.

A political similarity is they were all ruled by noble families. A political difference is the Aztecs and the Mayas had elected leaders and the Incas did not.

Aztects belived in god and goddesses, like the God of Sun, and Water. They also belived in human sacraficing, the priest also preformed religous ricuals. Mayas belive in gods and thought they would get no crops without god. They also belived in after life and that there where 3 levels of their land, Heaven, Earth, and The under world. The Incas worship nature, sacraficin animals, but on important events they sacraficed people, they also belived that mountain tops where gods they prayed to god every day, and belived that their ruler was a desendent of god. The Aztects are ruled by a speaker Montezuma and cities and states are ruled by Noble Families. The Mayas are ruled by a Noble Family elders and rulers also help rule, had cities and states that where ruled by a Noble Families. One thing that the Aztec, Inca and Maya had in common when it came to their religion is that they all believed in gods of nature.

They were different because the Aztec believed in human sacrifice to please their Gods, the Inca believed their dead should be mummified to please the gods and the Maya believed in three different layers in their religion, The heavens, the earth and the underworld.

Politically they were similar because they were all ruled by powerful nobel families. They were different because the Mayas were made up of a system of independent city states compared to the Inca who were ruled by the Inca Sapa who controlled the everyone underneath him. The Aztec were a combination of both with one powerful emperor controlling many states.

All empires had city states that were ruled by a Noble family. The differences in political structure is that not all empires had the same rules. I was surprised to learn that you could never turn your back on the Aztec speaker, not even when you were walking away! One similarity in religious practice is that each empire sacrificed something for their god.If you were an Aztec you would sacrifice HUMANS! The Aztec, Inca, and Maya civilizations are similar and different in many religious and political ways. The similarities in their religious beliefs was that they all believed in gods and goddesses and all three sacrificed either humans or animals. They also had different religious practices. For example, Incas worshipped sacred places and objects, the Maya believed in the underworld and the Aztecs believed in the five eras and that eventually their era would end.

The Aztecs, Incas, and Mayas all had one thing in common politically. They all had one or more noble families ruling them. What they didn't have in common was who ruled them. Not all the rulers were born rulers. The Aztec speaker might have been voted into power. The Inca had noble families and their relatives in positions of power. The Maya ruler had help from other people picked to do a certain job. Therefore, the Aztecs, Incas, and Maya Civilizations had some similarities and also many differences in their religious and political beliefs.

Mayan, Incan, and Aztec civilizations are in some way the same in political structure and religious structure.

The Aztecs believed in gods, goddesses, and human sacrifice. The Incans believed in human and animal sacrifice. They also believed in gods. The Mayans didn't believe in sacrifice, but they did believe in gods. The Mayans also believed in the underworld.

The political structures of these three civilizations are all different. The Aztec empire was ruled by the Speaker. The last Speaker was Montezuma II. The Mayan empire was split into city-states. Each city-state was ruled by one noble family. The Incan empire was ruled by the Saca (emperor) and had a government. Elders and warriors of the Incan empire were chosen to serve on a high council. Many people had jobs working for the government.

In many ways, these three empires were very different, but at the same time they were also alike.

The main thing I saw in politics that all the civilizations shared was they all had one family ruling each city. The way they were different was the Aztecs had each family doing there own thing, the Mayans followed the rules of a king, and in the Incas the tax collectors told cities about new laws. In religion, they all believed in gods of nature. They were the ones who controlled everything. They were different because the Incas believed in an afterlife and they mummified the dead. The Mayas did believe in afterlife but they buried thier dead in their homes under the floor. The Aztecs thought that if they kept worshipping in their life they could put death off longer.

While Inca would usually sacrifice animals Aztecs believed in human sacrifice and offering the gods human organs like the heart. Unlike the other groups the Mayas believed that the crops would not grow without the gods. The Aztecs,Maya, and Inca all have a political structure. Both The Inca and Maya had a all powerful ruler whether it be a Speaker for the Aztecs or a Saca for the Inca. The Maya had a Noble family that instead of controlling everyone would only control a city-state or part of the colonization. However no matter what all groups had a specific person or group of people controlling the colonization. In conclusion all of the groups are different yet similar at the same time.
